Do you charge for emailing an invoice? and does SiteLink charge our Facility for the process?

Out sitelink fee's are the same monthly so if there was a charge for sending they would be fluctuating. In my past we would charge $1 for physical invoices to be sent to cover the costs of stamps and all.
