What are some thoughts regarding one of the criteria for quarterly bonuses being determined by tenant unpaid charges? "Encourage tenants to pay before a lien is place on their unit".

How would you measure / set the goal for charges? Would it be by employee, or the whole store.
The only possible issue I could see is employees possibly violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act in an attempt to reach the goal.

I'm not really sure how the owners plan on figuring it out. They haven't shared that info and probably will not.
