suggest me some security alarm for my cabin

I have a small rental cabin and I am wanting to put a remote temperature sensor in the crawlspace under it where the water heater and piping is located. I am also planning to install an alarm security system so that I can keep an eye on it even if I am away. I would like something that I can monitor on my cell phone or computer at home. Can you help me with some recommendations on this? I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but if not maybe you can point me in the right direction.

Any suggestions without breaking the bank would be great. Thanks
