Label Printing

Does anyone else have issues when printing labels via sitelink? We're using the proper label style #5150 that it says but it causes it to print the top half of the names outside the top of the label resulting in it getting the top half of the letters onto the label above them. Would love an option to add spacing to the labels before they print so we could add a blank line or two and force the names to be in the middle of the labels.

@Orkocean, there are no settings in SiteLink to control that – just make sure you're using the correct labels and also check the printer settings on your computer, that might fix it.

In Sitelink, under Forms, can we set up a template for Envelopes?

That way instead of having to print labels, we can select the tenant, go to Letters, under Documents, select envelope, have the key words populate each Tenants Address, with our return mailing address?

We have to go to Word to accomplish it.

I just had this happen this week and I had to cut the labels and stick them on the folders lol
