PIGEONS!

These winged rats have become the bane of my existence.  I am missing soffit material (trying to get that addressed.)  Even where we have soffitt though, they are crawling up between the upper apron and my roll-ups on some units, and once in they kinda go every where.

They are messy, unsightly, damaging tenants stuff, even fly out at me sometimes when i open a door to do a make ready.  Shooting them is illegal in my city, not to mention, not a good look to the public.

Has anyone successfully won a battle against them!!
