Lien Notice Reversal

Spent two calls and too many minutes with Sitelink Help with no workable answer either time.  Problem - recently assumed auction responsibility at our two locations.  The other location had a few problems which have been corrected, save one.
There are two tenants on the Lien Notice screen that have been sent their notices nine days ago.  Confirmed they have both received their notice.  How do I remove them from the screen?  Tried reversing them on the screen but that didn't work.  That's was Sitelink's second guess.  Thoughts?
