Daily Payments Report - Pay by Name - Normal Payment
In the daily payments report - one of the categories is "Normal Payment", does anyone understand the definition of this category? Is this calling out all payments made by tenants physically at the property? (aka driving to the property and paying the property manager cash, check, credit card, other) Thanks!

It appears to be anything processed by office staff. So that would be phone payments, mailed payments, and in-person payments.
It's everything except Automatic Payments, Web Payments, and Kiosk Payments.1 -
