I can't get the completed documents to open. I was able to do it yesterday from my Office Computer. But today they won't open on my laptop. Any suggestions?

themage Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭Some of our computers cant open them from the esign console, but they do work from the individual payment screens. I end up writing down the ones I need from the esign console and then checking them individually.
(just a reminder, if you click on the ID photo in the payment screen, electronic documents are at the bottom of the window that opens)0 -
Finally working! Have to hit open several times and then it opens in Explorer.
