How do I automatically set a units rate to change when a tenant moves out?

I do not use price optimization. The owner wants to increase certain units to change price automatically once its vacated. Thanks

Got to modify units. You can batch edit by size or select the units you want to change (must be same size if selecting more than 1 at a time). Change the rate to the new price. This will not change current tenant's price.
