why do invoices keep popping up on the reminders after they have been processed?

Right now there is only one and that one was already sent.
Sometimes something like a pre lien list shows up on invoicing. We have to process them without fee or letters to remove them.0 -
Oh that's odd. Those are separate lists altogether!
I would force a live update after resetting the local database (close SL completely. When you launch it again, click on maintenance and select reset local database. Then select launch live update.). See if that doesn't clear up the issues for you.0 -
