A Napa developer and property owner have filed initial plans with the city to build a single-story self-storage unit facility on a flag-shaped lot with frontage facing Highway 29, at 3117 California Blvd.
According to the project application, developer Don Kellebrew would like to build a 25,700 square foot self-storage facility spread out between three buildings, plus an office.
