Insurance question
How can we move a new tenant in with out having insurance added. The box has permant check mark. we unchecked the insurance last week with sitlink techs in set up but the problem is not remedied

CA Auctions
When units go to auction and the bidders decide that they no longer want to come pick up the unit for whatever reason. My understanding is that we have to run another ad in the newspaper and set a new auction date. Can we still charge the tenant the rent money for the new month coming up?

Do rental rate increases need to be physically mailed?
Getting ready to do rate increases next month. Do they need to be physically mailed or is email acceptable? Obviously mailed for tenants without emails but for everyone else?

What happens when we terminate a rental agreement and the tenant doesn't come get their stuff?
We terminated a rental agreement and the tenant has not come to remove their belongings. I can't find anything that states what we should do if they don't return.
