How do you Credit a Customers Account on the new WebEdition??

A credit can be done in the payment screen under edit charges and payments, assuming your have security clearance allowing it to be done.

You have to have a charge to put a credit against.  If you don't, you will need to create one, save it and then apply the credit.  In the box at the top, click under credit and it will then allow you to type in the box the amount of the credit.
