Going Truely Paperless

How many of you are going completely paperless....and not just leases ? If you are, how are you storing non-lease documents electronically...are you using eSign or other methods ? Please share

We recently just started using esign for the ease of having everything paperless. Unfortunately, we are unable to have certain docs in esign, such as autopay authorization and driver's license pictures. We have been taking the paper documents, scanning them in under ephotos and efiles, then shredding them. Would prefer a method of at least being able to add autopay document to esign.

Why can't you add autopay document to esign ? Do you have to have a wet-signature on that document by state law ?

We have it included in the documents for esign, but they don't show up on the screen as an option for esign and just automatically print.
