Autopay in Advance

Hello everyone!
We have a tenant who is on autopay, and would like to be perpetually a month in advance so he will have a month of cushion if something ever happens with his card. He is currently paid through 4/4/18, and wants us to run it for the full month of 3/4/18. Do I need to manually keep track of this every month going forward, or is there a way to set up his autopay settings so that it automatically charges a month in advance?
Thanks for your help in advance!

You cannot set the auto bill on day past due to negative values like you can an invoice... Unless I'm missing something.
You could always put a note on the payment screen and set an email reminder event to run the tenant's card. Maybe someone will come along who has another answer. I've been known to be wrong though..0 -

I've had tenants who wished to stay paid ahead do this as they can set it to be sent whenever they want so just get paid up ahead 1 month then every check following will pay it up another month in advance.3

There is no way to configure the autobill settings to charge a tenant prior to their due date. In this situation you would want to keep track of this manually and bill the card as desired.0
