How do you change the category that a letter or form is in?  My rental increase letter is under the collections category so when I email it to someone the verbiage is in correct.

@scottsdalestorage - I believe Sitelink has their pre-made forms automatically categorized and when you create your own form it is automatically labeled as "custom."  I could be wrong though.  Best to check with the experts.

I'm curious, though, what verbiage is incorrect?  You can always change/update the form letter to meet your needs.

When we print them out it prints correctly.  When we email it the verbiage changes to a collection letter.  That is why I need to change the category.

    Hi @scottsdalestorage

The category of the forms cannot be changed, but what you are seeing is the email template for that particular form type. If you go to Setup -> Email you can find and edit the different templates at the bottom of the screen. Anything that does not have its own category listed here will always default to the "Letter" category. For that reason I usually recommend making this one something generic such as "Please see attached message from Scottsdale Storage." You can also create custom templates here that can be selected from the Predefined Messages menu when sending out a letter.

To begin, navigate to Setup > Form Setup You will then open the Form Setup menu.
To edit or view a form, single-click on the document you want to select, then click either Edit RTF or Edit HTML on the right, depending on what kind of form it is. I know this is not the exact answer you want but you can change the form here to be exactly what you want and save it as what ever you like.
