We use 2 ZKTeco stand alone units that were installed prior to using Sitelink. Does anyone use this with sitelink? Or know how to set up?

I am not especially familiar with ZKTeco products, but it doesn't look like they have a way to update access information without manually entering it into their software. Your best bet is to contact them and ask if they have a way to do it.
