Vegas - Building Repair Vendor recommendations

Just curious if anyone by chance has any recommendations for building repair/maintenance vendors? Have a property there with some roofing issues that are beyond the general maintenance worker capabilities that we have on site. 

Also if anyone has a good source for metal commercial doors *swing doors into a building, not roll up unit doors* i'm just starting the hunt to find replacements for the property as well.

There are many self storage vendors on Inside Self Storage and Self Storage Association websites.  Janus and Trachte are 2 off the top of my head that attend the trade shows.
