Sitelink not wanting to email a tenant

SO I have this long standing tenant who has always had their invoices, receipts, etcetera, emailed to them. Recently however, the site link isn't wanting to email the invoices. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? This tenant's mail delivery is sketchy at best.

    We are having issues with AOL and Yahoo users returning as delivery failure, they think we are spammers.

    That is one issue with us, but we have to use a program called Click YES to send emails through sitelink because we do not use Outlook as our email server. You should be able to call SiteLink Help and ask them why it's not working.

    There were some changes to the email feature in SiteLink.  It no longer uses Outlook.  I believe the changes occurred in early or mid March.  They sent several emails detailing the change and how to update your settings.

    The current thing we see is with people that have Roadrunner emails (***.rr.com).  That was bought out by 2 different platforms, and so the customers have to be contacted in order for us to get their updated email addresses.  Therefore, if we send an email, it comes back undeliverable.
