Rate Increase Letters Help.

Good Day Everyone,

When I do our monthly rate increases there is a section that shows the date from their last rate increase and the amount of the increase it was. However, I have been having to enter it manually rather than SiteLink doing it automatically. Is there an option for SiteLink to enter this automatically? It would greatly cut down time for our employees.

Thank You,

Yes, go to Company and Tenant Rate Optimization.  There you can set a rate increase by $ amount or % at a certain number of days since last increase.  It will pop up in your reminders.  Be sure to set the notice date at least 30 days out.

Also if you have corporate control access it is A LOT easier. Export the spreadsheet, make all your changes as it will have more useful information on that spreadsheet than the screen in web edition does and then just upload your spreadsheet when done. Plus you're not locked into sitelink screens in case customers come in and it's the only PC available.
