Invalid Property ID on E-sign email error

I am setting up my site for e-sign and making a training video for my employees on emailing the lease to our tenants. Every time I get to the part when I am to click on emailing the rental agreement I get this message: Error creating Bluemoon lease: Invalid Property ID. Can anyone please tell me what this means and how to fix it going forward?

It sounds like Bluemoon doesn't recognize an account for your property ID.
