esign letters

I am trying it add letters such as lien letters to the esign format. If I add the signature 1 it asks for tenet signature like you would expect, if I add just signature 2 for the manager signature like is required for this letters, esign does not show up when processing. Anyone using esign for this? Am I missing some workaround?

eSignature 1 does not need to be for the tenant.  It is for anyone who is signing.
