In our state we fill a form out putting down all of the basic information:
1) Who purchased the unit (name, address, phone, driver's license, etc.);
2) Date purchased;
3) Unit No. purchased;
4) Amount: and
5) Signature
If you took a deposit, that amount should be listed as well as the terms of them getting their deposit back. How long they have to get the stuff out, what happens if they don't, etc. Of course your company's information should be there as well.Jean Marie
