How do I set up an email being sent to all tenants?

I think to send a mass email you need to purchase one of the third party offerings. You can go into each sitelink record and email each person individually. 

If there is a mass email capacity, I'd certainly like to know as well.

You can email all tenants from Sitelink.  Simply create your message in the "Form Setup."  Then you can send that form via email to all tenants.  I believe Sitelink just posted a step-by-step guide on that.  Same thing is true if you wanted to send a text to all tenants.
