I assumed Online Rental didn't require sending links or documents "manually". What if it is after "office" hours? Holidays? I enabled phone notifications of Reservation & Online Rentals in Corporate Control but I don't think it is working.
Thanks Angela. I have been testing the entire process as I go. Hope to have more time this afternoon to work on it!!
I did a test yesterday and it does create the esign document for online rental. BUT- I viewed it and exited. Did not e sign. Guess what the rental completed. My card was charged and I was notified of the rental. As a test customer I received the email with esign information and link.
