eSignature - storing the Manager's signature and initials?

It looks like eSign requires the Manager to create a signature each time they eSign a doc. Is there a way to store a signature and retrieve it based on the logged in user?

I just use the <Employee.Name> rather than signature.  Sitelink just populates the name of the current employee when it creates the lease.  When they lease online, it says webadmin.  I'm okay with that since I've always been told the important signature is the customer and that the lease is valid even without an employee signature.
