Can I change the Name of an attachment?

How can I change the name of the attachment without changing the subject line of a completed rental agreement confirmation? Ours is really wordy when a customer has completed a rental agreement digitally and we email the copy to them, It looks like this when it is sent back to us:
AllStorageEncinitasYourelectronicdocumenthasbeencompleted.pdf
