Online Rentals

So, I am curious about setting up online rentals. What is ya'lls experience with it and would you recommend it or is it not worth it?

We do them, but only about 25% of the renters get it done online correctly and they have to come in anyway. Then if you do online rentals you have to leave all your vacant units unlocked which gives the new renters the ability to move into whichever unit they want to, and anyone can roll a door up and throw trash into a unit.
