I have been using Sitelink 3.3.9 on Windows 7 32 bit for years and now I am trying to use it on Windows 10 64 bit. Sitelink 3.3.9 loads, but when I click on the Sitelink desktop shortcut, an error message comes up and Sitelink does not work. Suggestions?

I did run it as admin. This is an old stand alone version of Site Link0

No, I did not try the web version. I only want a stand alone version. The desktop shortcut comes up for a short period of time and then closes without opening SiteLink.0
