Newbie and recently took over as office assistant/manager and noticed that there are tenants that have moved out in 2019 and early 2020 listed in Auction/Legal Ad. Is there a way to remove them from Auction/Legal Ad?

Go to the Reverse Auction/Legal Ad, check their names, and process.

Or if they haven't already been processed, they are showing because there is still a balance on their accounts.  If you clear the balance they will be removed from the list.

How would I clear the balance?...nevermind. I found out. Go into "Payments" and uncheck "Show current tenant". In the bottom left-hand corner is a box you check to write off as bad debt. Thank you all for your time:)
