Hi, @GSI03Those error messages come from your processor and unfortunately, we don't have lists of them all. For more info, we'd recommend that you contact your processor. Sorry, we couldn't be of more service to you today! ~Amy C.

It usually means the bank has restricted the card, usually because their system has detected potential fraud (many banks automatically flag cards if certain usage patterns happen, like usage out of home area, unusual large purchases, etc.).

In most cases the card holder simply has to check with the bank and have it unrestricted, verifying whatever activity caused the flag in the first place.

Here's a great site with the various C/C codes. This is one processor, but the codes should be pretty standard.

Thank you-that's great!   I got ahold of her today and she had lost the card and they had a hold on it until she found it again.  In her house!
