Is anyone else having issues with Sitelink not allowing tenants to make partial payments on their units? Ii have a tenant who emailed saying she can no longer make weekly payments on her multiple units! It wants her to make full payments.

I have customers regularly telling me that they can not make payments online, and that the payment portal just give them a "your session has timed out" message. I have never been able to isolate a common problem, it seems random, and more prone to certain customers.

Hi, @ShedStuff. Please make sure the setting 'No partial payments allowed, require full payments' is unchecked. You can do this in the Corporate Control Center --> Web Template Setup --> Web Template eCommerce Gateway --> Rules. If it has already been unchecked, please let us know and we can further troubleshoot for you.

Hi, @mistore. It sounds like your facility is using iFrames for payments and this may be the cause of the error. To test this assumption, please pop the payment portal into a new window or tab. If this doesn't solve this error, please let us know.

Thanks to you both for being customers! Sincerely, Amy C.

@storable_support can you further explain the iFrames?  I don't know what that is.  How do we pop the payment portal into a new window or tab?   Is that a setting we can control or are you referring to when the customer is making payments online.  We don't have control of what the customer is doing.

The IFrames and setting the payment portal to open in a new tab are things that whomever created or manages your website will have to handle. Those are things that are basically part of the code that makes your website.

Hi @JulieAton. This article will help explain iFrames and how to troubleshoot a bit more. Additionally, @themage is correct. This is something that your web developer can quickly remedy for you.

Partial Payments - If you check the "No partial payments allowed, require full payments" can we make this only allowed for people in the Auction Status?  We had a customer that was in Auction Status and was allowed to make a partial payment online.  We ask for a full payment.

No.  That setting is for everyone when it's on.

When we cut a tenant's lock for auction, I go into their account and disable web access. We only accept cash, money order, & cashier's check once their lock is cut so this prevents them from using a card online all together.
