Switched to MS Office Outlook Exchange but not working now with MFA change

anyone had similar issues.  We switched months ago to the MS Exchange but recently changed to MFA through our email host.  Now Sitelink CRM emails not working, any suggestions while I wait for my IT to help?

    Hi, @kmckee504If your email provider requires MFA, then you'll need to set up a special "app password" that doesn't need the MFA in order for SiteLink to continue being able to send emails. Setting this up would be a task for your IT person.
