Adding floor to sitemap

My facility has two floors but when I go to create my map it only shows one floor. How do I go about adding an additional floor to the map?

As long as the units are properly set up and say which floor they're on, you will have a drop-down list at the top left of the map screen.

The *** is all floors combined.  Then you can select each individually to work on.

I see the problem now, the units were all put on the first floor. I went in and edited the units to include the correct ones on the 2nd floor and now I see the 2 floor option on maps. Thanks so much for your help!
