How do you turn AutoPay off for tenants who have already moved out in SiteLink?

How do you turn AutoPay off for tenants who have already been moved out in SiteLink (an associate can't remember if they turned it off or not) OR determine if Autopay is turned off for tenants who have already been moved out in SiteLink?  When I go to former tenants it is not possible to go to their Ledger Settings which is where one goes to set up Autopay for current tenants.  Thank you in advance for anyone who can provide some guidance.  It is much appreciated.

    You don't need to turn it off.  Moving them out automatically stops the payments since there is no longer an active account.
