How do I make the new late fee schedule take effect?

I've increased my late fees. I adjusted them via Corporate Control, checked and made sure the changes were pushed to the site. I used the default 1/1/2000 date so it would take effect immediately.
Unfortunately, it doesn't do anything. I just noticed that it is still charging the old rates.
Is there some other random thing I need to do to make these changes actually get applied?? Do I have to go through and manually change every single active unit individually?

Select all tenants the need the fees updated.
Select the fee to change
click Edit
set the fee and start date. Probably don't set the start date too far in the past.
Hit ok and wait for it to update everyone.
Sitelink allows you to set different late fees for different tenants, so the default fees you set in CCC should work for new rentals, but you actually need to change the current rentals in the batch edit screen, too.1 -
@themage That's a bit wonky, but it does make some sense.
It's odd, I haven't done a comprehensive check, but it appears that the new Overlock Fee took effect, but the new Late Fee didn't. That could just be bias on my part based on the specific tenants I noticed though.
I was already thinking that there was some hidden check box or option I was missing because I had a similar thing with rents not raising after the date I selected.0
