PTI Management Interface Setup help needed

I am currently having issues restoring a windows box that went down with Sitelink and PTI falcon 2000.  I believe I have almost all steps down and configured correctly except the PTI MI interface with respect to where the files need to point in the system folder directory.

Can someone with the "eye of experience" have a look at the link below and see if there are any errors?  Currently, Sitelink will transfer the data to PTI without error but the changes are not reflected in our falcon box.
