We just recently upgraded our gate system to the PTI Cloud Controller. We have had nothing but problems with it. The gates will work one minute and not the next minute. The tenants are getting frustrated with it. We have had a tech come out and check our keypads, he says they are working fine. We have called PTI several…

I am currently having issues restoring a windows box that went down with Sitelink and PTI falcon 2000. I believe I have almost all steps down and configured correctly except the PTI MI interface with respect to where the files need to point in the system folder directory. Can someone with the "eye of experience" have a…

WoW no gate access all day and still not at all our 5 locations, said cloud issue, hard to manage property with no gate access working.

I am ready to move on! We have PTI and StorLogix. Every other week we are dealing with a problem, rebooting or calling for service. Now StorLogix is showing "waiting to connect or unknown" We have rebooted everything but nothing works so again another service call.

We switched to Storlogix cloud in August. After a few initial hiccups we finally got everything working. At the end of September it stopped functioning. PTI's first response blamed our internet, which is ultra high speend and is working fine. Repeated calls and Ticket submissions have yielded no results. I know others have…

Is there a way to change the "user list" to show last name first? I have been told there is not, but I find it hard to believe something so simple is not possible. Very annoying!

Is anyone currently running a PTI hardwired system with individual door alarms that integrates with Sitelink? We’re opening a property soon with this type of system and we have many questions about this. I know technology is moving towards wireless systems but install has already begun. Lol

I have been in customer service for over 55 years both in my military and civilian careers. From my experience over the past four days trying to reach PTI Customer Service I would rate their response capability below zero. Due to lighting we have lost both our gate controllers (fried circuit boards) leaving gates to be…

Two of our properties have individually alarmed units and use StorLogix. When a customer with multiple units enters (and the doors should disarm) the alarm on one of the units still go off. Any solutions or settings to check? Pictures or links would be nice

It took 3 weeks to get a call back from PTI on a new code transfer to the keypad problem. It took 2 weeks to get a call back a few weeks before that. I tried everything from their ridiculous tickets to emails to voice mails. Are they still active in the self storage arena. I will not use them on the three new facilities…

We had a bad storm yesterday evening which took out our internet and surged our gate operating system. We have internet back up, Yay! I have been waiting for a response from PTI on a way to set the keypad to open with any code. I would rather have the keycode override than to leave the gate open 24/7 until Access can get…

We are about to change our Sentinel keypads over to PTI with Storlogix and I am trying to figure out the best way to transition my tenants. Has anyone else done this? Everyone's current gate codes will change and we will have the app they can download. I am already designing the new gate code cards to give new people but…

Be very careful that you get specific timeframes in any purchase you make with this company. Not every pre-purchase commitment was accurate and it took 4 months to get my site graphics package which did not work as originally discussed. I would have expected more from an "industry leader". It seems to be that larger…
