LogixServer is currently offline

We just recently upgraded our gate system to the PTI Cloud Controller.  We have had nothing but problems with it. The gates will work one minute and not  the next minute. The tenants are getting frustrated with it.
We have had a tech come out and check our keypads, he says they are working fine. We have called PTI several times and they can't figure it out.
This is the message that pops up when the keypads aren't working and letting people in the facility.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or know how or who can help us get it fixed?

I don't have the cloud version, but when mine goes offline repeatedly, I go to the PTI box and hit the tiny little reset button.  It takes care of the issue.

    From PTI:
My LogixServer says offline. How do I get it online?

Right-click on the taskbar. Open task manager. Scroll down the list of apps running until you find the LogixServer service. Right-click on item, then left-click on end task. Reset the FXT board using the SW1 button in the top left-hand corner of the board. Hold for 3 seconds. Open the control panel. Click on Administrative Tools. Click on services. Scroll down the list until you find LogixServer. Right-click on item. Left-click on start service. Run the LogixServer dashboard setup. Select type of connection and follow prompts.

This happens all day long. Any suggestions on what is causing it and how to fix it?  When this happens, our tenants are not able to enter the facility.  It has been going on since we had the Cloud controller installed two months ago.  PLEASE HELP!!!

We also encountered the same situation after switching to PTI Clould Controller. Sometimes it works, sometimes it crashes, making it very annoying for customers. When calling PTI support, they still have not given a clear explanation. It seems that this is not your problem.

It sounds like a communication issue from your controller box to your pc.  We had this happen when we first opened, and the tech had a wireless communication.  We had them change it to wired from the controller to our pc directly and this fixed the issue.  Sometimes we will have a wiring issue to the controller.  The wires to the board come loose from the plug in, just enough to cause a intermittent break in communication.
