PTI StorLogix Cloud

We switched to Storlogix cloud in August. After a few initial hiccups we finally got everything working. At the end of September it stopped functioning. PTI's first response blamed our internet, which is ultra high speend and is working fine. Repeated calls and Ticket submissions have yielded no results. I know others have posted similar complaints about the non existent service. My question is: are others still experiencing similar problems?

ESS Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭There is a rep on the other forum that works for PTI and gets tickets escalated. However, since they emailed us the new number and our company code, they answer right then and get our issue solved. It's greatly improved since then.0
