Feature Request

I tried to find a category to post this under, and didn't see one for "feature requests" so I am sharing it here. 

I'd like to request that the move out feature be updated. There are many places in the program where we are making adjustments, and will be prompted with the question "would you like to make another adjustment?" and we are able to stay logged in and make another adjustment. 

My request is that Move Out have the same feature. If I move someone out, I be prompted with "would you like to make another adjustment?" and instead of being forced to log in again, I can select "yes" or whatever and do the next move out. 

Please let me know if this is already a thing and we have to adjust our settings lol.

You likely have the setting to require login when accessing certain pages turned on. It's under program defaults (see below). You can uncheck the require log-in and that should help. I've also added the move out screen changes to our feature request list. Thank you for the suggestion!

OK, so, this is fine. However, I don't understand why we are automatically sent back to the home page when a move out is finished processing. This doesn't happen with other options on the screen, including Payments, Leads, etc. It shouldn't be difficult to make it so we can log in ONCE, process a move out, and have the option to "make another adjustment" rather than being sent to the home page and being forced to log in again. We aren't sent to the homepage after every payment is made. 

We want managers to have to log in when those buttons are pushed, but we shouldn't have to log for every single move out we are processing. When we do auctions where there are multiple units, sometimes upwards of 10-12 at a time, it's incredibly frustrating to have to log in every single time.

I only have to log-in once and can do my move-outs one after the other. Now, it does take me back to the home screen every time I complete a move-in, transfer or move-out (all of the bigger operations). If they are having to log-in every time, I can completely understand the frustration and should change the settings in SiteLink.

I'm confused, you said you only have to log-in once and can do your move-outs one after the other, but then said it takes you back to the home screen every time you complete a move-out. 

I appreciate your response, I would just like clarification on that lol. ♥

Most companies don't require log-in for each transaction.  Hopefully you can get that turned off!  So it takes us back to the home screen, but we just click Move-Out again and proceed without the bother of logging in.

OMG.....that would be frustrating.  I have mine set to log me out if no activity after 65 mins.  When I worked for REIT company, they had it set up to log us out after 15 mins of no activity.
