PTI problem!

We have had PTI gate software at our two locations for years.  We continually have tenants calling because the gate does not work.   We do not have staff on site, so it requires someone go to the facility and manually power down and reboot the PTI board.  We have been told it might be lightning in the area but that is not the case. This sometimes happens several times a week.   It’s time to move on!  Any suggestions?

    What version are you using? Is it stologix  or the newer cloud. Right off the top of my head I think the problem may be specific to your location or set up. I have had them 20 plus years and never had to do this. PTI is not the easiest as far as getting support however we go thru a tech who sells and installs and he handles that. Rarely have to do much to any of ours. If you have a tech -it seems they could run down the problem for you  -could be a bad board or wire or some type of power issue

    Are you using Storelolgix or cloud version?  I am wondering if there are any issues with the cloud version and maybe that is the way to go?  We have switched the internet to Starlink so finally our internet service is very good.
