Dismissing Refund as Unowed

This might be a dumb question - but where exactly does ones refund go after you dismiss it as unowed? 

Is there a certain category on the management summary that it would fall under? Or is it now just considered extra income?

I have often wondered the same thing, I don't handle that side of things so I assume the accountant knows.
