Double Charging

We have noticed at the end of January invoice processing, seems to double charge invoices issued yesterday.
Invoice Date 29 Jan   Due Date 29 March
Rent 28 Feb - 28 Mar
Rent 29 Mar - 28 Apr

When it should only show 28 Feb Rent, Due Date should also be 28 Feb. Is it due to Feb only having 28 days?
