Alternate Letters Not Printing

Hey all, 

We're having a major issue at all of our properties with alternate letters not printing for lien notices. It's causing our auction units to get pushed because letters aren't getting sent. I've talked to SiteLink, and everything looked fine on their end. They said it must be something our IT department is blocking. Our IT department said that nothing is being blocked and it's something with SiteLink. 

I'm at my wits end! Please help. Commented is a screenshot of what our Past Due Event Reports look like.
