Credit card transaction declined but card present still

I am currently using SiteLink Merchant Services to process payments for warehouse tenants. Recently, I have had a few transactions decline geometry vibes, but the system shows them as card present. I have checked the card reader (EMV terminal) and there are no obvious errors. Is there a way in SiteLink to view a more detailed transaction log?
