How to give a refund to a tenant after a move-out has been processed?

This is a parking tenant who gave notice, moved his trailer out, but it went un-noticed before his due date arrived and SL charged him for another month.  Is there an easy way we can credit that month back on his card after he was moved out?

it can be done through Corporate Control, I do know it can be done within 30 days or so, once its gets to like 60 days or more it may not allow it (unsure as I never refunded after the 30 day point).  At that point a company check would have to be sent to the tenant.
