    WE bought tablets from Best Buy for all our locations. the only thing extra we did was buy a Bluetooth mouse and small bt keyboard to make it easier for the customer to type when needed. Working seamlessly

    When adding or updating credit card in MyHub. I frequently get this error message even though all required fields are populated:
    "Missing Entry You must enter required information."

    Hello @MontrealMini, If you've filled in all the required fields and you're still getting the "Missing Entry" error message, this is an issue for tech support to dive into. They'll be able to work through the steps with you and get the details to resolve it. You can reach support at 919-865-0789 (option 2). Or, click the green SiteLink Support button in the left hand side of this forum to get to the SiteLink Support webpage. From there, click Contact Support.

    I have a question for jimmooneyjr. What kind of tablets did you buy? Are you using them as Wi-Fi only devices or do you have them on a data plan?

    We bought a 10.1 in tablet from Best Buy and accessories. We are strictly using Wi-Fi. If you want to discuss off line, email me @ [email protected]
