    WE bought tablets from Best Buy for all our locations. the only thing extra we did was buy a Bluetooth mouse and small bt keyboard to make it easier for the customer to type when needed. Working seamlessly

    When adding or updating credit card in MyHub. I frequently get this error message even though all required fields are populated:
    "Missing Entry You must enter required information."

    Hello @MontrealMini, If you've filled in all the required fields and you're still getting the "Missing Entry" error message, this is an issue for tech support to dive into. They'll be able to work through the steps with you and get the details to resolve it. You can reach support at 919-865-0789 (option 2).     I have a question for jimmooneyjr. What kind of tablets did you buy? Are you using them as Wi-Fi only devices or do you have them on a data plan?
