Is PTI Out of Business?

It took 3 weeks to get a call back from PTI on a new code transfer to the keypad problem. It took 2 weeks to get a call back a few weeks before that. I tried everything from their ridiculous tickets to emails to voice mails. Are they still active in the self storage arena. I will not use them on the three new facilities that I have in process to construct right now!
